Returns & Exchanges

At Anima Mundi Herbals, we want you to feel as beautiful as the botanical designs you wear. If your garment doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our sanctuary, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
